  1. I think the healthy team begins from the 'servant leader' of that team. John Maxwell quotes " Everything rises and falls on leadership." A good leader propels his team members through unity and single mindedness. A jealthy team always focuses on the overall team victory rather individual stellar performances. A healthy team is a real joy to work with.
