		<description>I have for a period changed leadership style - I let my group know it was coming in a way that was somewhat light hearted. I found it amazingly productive because they 1) knew it was coming and could brase for it, 2) could joke about it, and 3) they knew there was an end to it.... 
 
If micro-management is a must... There must be an end to it... For everyone&#039;s sake! </description>

		<description>I have not faced such occasions yet. May be in the future. However, I have observed that my senior Pastor has had to be a micro manager in certain times.   </description>

		<description>I think it&#039;s important to note that if you&#039;ve decided to micro-manage, you should explain what you&#039;re doing and why.  I was micro-managed for the final 3 months in my last ministry position, never being told that my job was in jeopardy or that I was supposed to be &#039;fixing&#039; anything.
