Steve, I knew you are a committed follower of Christ, but I love that you appeal even to those who may not call themselves believers, but want sound leadership advice. That, in my opinion, gives you even more influence than you would have otherwise. That’s actually how our church is structured also!

This is a treat and I’m humbled by the inclusion.

Am also smiling at the allusion to “for more secular audiences”:

I am a committed follower of Jesus Christ, a worship leader for 15 years, deliver workshops and speeches at church leadership conferences, and almost entered full-time ministry about 10 years ago. After much prayerful deliberation, I made a conscious commitment to remain in the business world because that’s where people struggle for answers not found in MBA programs or professional publications.

Note: Those with a more secular bent who read the blog have pretty consistently identified and referred to me as a Christian. Go figure:-)
