		<description>And think about it from the perspective of the employee/follower. Sometimes it&#039;s easy to get addicted to being micro-managed since it takes away any sense of responsibility; that is, if I screw up, I&#039;m not responsible, my boss is. So there&#039;s no fear of failure. Furthermore, there&#039;s no reason to make any tough decisions (which would certainly bring a reward) because there&#039;s no sense of having the authority to do so. I&#039;d use the word &quot;stuckness&quot; to describe that.
