So, first, the 33.3% split made me laugh! Second, did the results about socializing outside of work surprise you? I answered with the majority, but I have to say it kind of surprised me! I thought it would swing the other way… not sure why, since I’m right of course! HA! Seriously though, so many leaders have issues about socializing with people who work for them, which I think is nuts, but that’s just the way it seems to be in a lot of places! OK that’s my rambling thoughts for tonight…
