		<description>Jesse, I will do a follow up post with some thoughts from both.  It&#039;s different from Catalyst and yet similar in other ways.  Bottom line to your questions (Great questions BTW):

Did you hear anything from God?  Yes, I heard affirmation of His heart for people and His desire for me to use my life experiences for His glory even more than I&#039;ve been willing to do.  I&#039;ll share more about this later.

Did you learn anything? Honestly, because we are doing a lot of the things these type conferences encourage, I can&#039;t say I was stretched a great deal, but I did reinforce some of the principles, especially in the communication and technology part of what we do.  I also learned (or was reminded) that the online presence doesn&#039;t always capture a person&#039;s real story.  One difference in the conferences this week was size, so I was able to meet a lot of the speakers I only know online.  I heard a few of their stories.  Very encouraging towards the first question above.
