1. If you always look to Him, He will provide. Not necessarily what you want, but what you need.

2. My spouse really is a great gift from God and a precious jewel. And when you don’t take care of that jewel, you can’t enjoy it’s shining and you may lose it.

3. If you’re always doing number 1, you probably won’t have a problem with number 2.

Fantastic list. Here are a couple of mine:

1) That whole thing about your sins finding you out…yep. True.
2) You know the song about The Refiners Fire? That’s hot. Very, very , hot.
3) When a hard truth needs to be told or when resisting any sort of temptation…win early.

You have inspired me to write my own list. I shall do so later and hope you will take the time to read it.

You, of course, are no doubt aware that you are a wonderful writer and I trust you have a person on your staff who is searching for a book deal for you.

May you have great experience this week in your pulpit: I’d suggest you stay out of control, scare yourself by taking huge risks, and DEFINE the hell (anything unsettling) out of yourself!
