		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more... I feel that it&#039;s the job of the holy spirit to convict and change people. It&#039;s merely our job to help present God&#039;s message, and most often, I feel, by example and attitude more than anythng else. Especially with people that aren&#039;t part of your direct family... That exmple may be all that they&#039;re open to paying attention to from you</description>

I never understand why church members insist on pastors away from their God-given assignments, when they should just be looking to the Lord and obeying His Word! Sometimes &quot;Body-Life&quot; makes me so frustrated!(and I&#039;m not even a pastor!!) I know I need to remember that everyone grows in the Lord at different rates, and must be patient with people as the Holy Spirit changes them. My expectations should only be of the Lord!!</description>
