		<description>YES, YES AND YES to all said here.  Too many Christians calling and seeing themselves as leaders when in reality they are drowning the spirit of God in people with their desire to control the churches they lead or lead in, the people who follow them and even the lead of the Holy Spirit. 
 
Thank you for speaking the truth.  It is refreshing to read someone&#039;s opinion on Christian Leadership who is not afraid to call things what they are.

		<description>This is GREAT! I&#039;ve read those point before, and a reminder is awesome.  Yes, I have worked for a controller / devourer.  Sadly, sometimes controllers can be pastors.  I&#039;ve had to leave a church because parishioners were coerced into the various programs that made the pastor look good to the denomination.  </description>
