Google or Bing?

I love Google. Google is my home page and I use it to search, follow the news, keep track of my blogs and calendar. I use Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Maps. I often find images for my blog through Google Images. You would think Google was incapable of competition.
Of course, there is still a mammoth Internet Company that continues to make its voice heard in the world of web presence. Have you heard of Bing? It’s the new search engine by Microsoft. I have been noticing, using my Google Analytics, that I am getting increasing numbers of traffic from Bing to my blog. I love the layout on the home page. With today’s high-speed Internet connections, being simple on the home page, which was the original benefit that took me to Google, is not as important to open a window quickly, so the beautiful images on Bing do not slow me down now. I have not made the switch to Bing and have no plans to at this time. It will be interesting to see if they continue to compete with all the other Google applications, but right now I am a content Google user. I just love to watch capitalism, competition and the free-market at work. Plus every now and then I’ll go over to Bing to see what the latest image is on the homepage. (I love the pop-up explanations too!)
What about you? Do you like Bing? Do you use Google now or do you have another search engine you prefer?
