		<description>Confrontation is often viewed as a negative thing. However, in most cases, when handled properly, it stops a bad situation from becoming worse.  Some people carry the burden and shame of lie/rumor with the belief that &quot;God will handle it.&quot;  This is true but He also gives us power and strength to address things like this when they occur.  Awesome post! </description>
