Henri Nouwen, The Only Necessary Thing. This book is worth re-reading annually to help maintain passion in prayer and a right relationship with God.

What Now by Marc Estes is a book to help people to evaluate their passion, gifting, talents, spiritual maturity and availability to minister in the local church. As an executive pastor in a large church in Portland, Estes bring many Biblical insights to bear which facilitate usefulness and focus. He encourages each person to see themselves as an important part of a team. A lot of the book is devoted to helping people find a correct fit so that they function more effectively.

We just finished a book called the Divine Commodity. It is coming out on Zondervan in March. I would strongly recommend it. Takes a deeper look at consumerism in Christianity.
