I believe that constant delegation is a sign of poor leadership and a lack of knowledge. Instead of "The ability to delegate," I would recommend "The skill of project management." By managing projects, it shows that the leader is involved in the tasks of the projects, and assisting his/her team. If we consider Jesus as one of the greatest leaders; He is a good example of a successful micro-manager. By successful, I mean that he was able to oversee the mission while being involved in the "dirty work." Again, I apologize if this is what you meant.
