		<description>Phillip Herring is one of the most amazing leader scout I&#039;ve ever seen.  He was always putting unlikely students in leadership roles and we would all be amazed at how they shined.  Thank goodness I was one of those that he trusted in a role of leading/mentoring other students.  It gave me a taste for it that has never been quenched.</description>
