Michael Bayne’s blog about Perry Noble (comment received)

By Ron Edmondson on Wednesday, July 16th, 2008 | 2 Comments

Check out our family minister Michael Bayne’s blog he wrote about Perry Noble and the comment he received. http://www.michaelbayne.net/

Pretty funny. (Really not.)  This truly shows the struggle it is sometimes to plant a church that attempts to reach lost people.

BTW, I love Bayne.  He’s one of the most awesome people I know.  He’s an incredibly talented minister.  I’m glad he’s on our team and glad he gets some inspiration from guys like Perry Noble.

Should have added…..if ryan r really “knew” his church, he would realize that most inside his church are as lost as those on the outside. Many can play the game really well.

Followed the string of comments on Michael Bayne’s blogs. I’ve been a member of both “types” of churches. A church that isn’t willing to break outside the walls as well as disciplines and reprimands instead of loves stifles the congregation and does not teach the love of Christ that I know. Personally, I’ve grown much more in my personal walk with the Lord in a church that loves people thru life, and has “church” more for the lost than its’ members. I appreciate both of my pastors willing to be there 24/7 for people – whether members or not. I appreciate both of my pastors and the staff willing to think outside the box and do whatever they can to reach those INSIDE and OUTSIDE the church walls.
